As a longtime resident of Fairfax County,  a graduate of GMU, and an experienced full-time Realtor, I understand and appreciate the value of homes/real estate in the communities and neighborhoods that comprise Northern Virginia.  Working with  Keller Williams Realty (KW), the largest residential real estate company in the U.S.,  provides me with  cutting edge technology and team resources to help me  give  the best service to my clients.  My 20 years of experience and my expertise in understanding  how the supply and demand forces work in this local real estate market, help my owners to maximize the return on one of their largest investments.
Life’s Balance

To provide balance in my  life, I enjoy working with Fairfax CASA, a nonprofit organization that advocates for abused and neglected children. I also volunteer with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) an organization that raises awareness, funds scientific research and provides resources and aid to those affected by suicide.

My Business Approach

By listening carefully to my clients and understanding their goals and concerns, I can help them achieve their real estate objectives. This same skillset is invaluable in determining what variables are important to those on the other side of the table.
•       Listen carefully to my clients and be accessible to them before, during, and after the sales transaction.
•       Maintain a high degree of quality and control throughout the transaction process to avoid unexpected “surprises”
•       Utilize technology to enhance communication not replace it.
•       Develop a leadership in technology integration with local advertising and marketing strategies that maximize online target marketing.
•       Constantly, strive to provide the best possible professional service for my clients.

•       Coaching Softball – In my earlier life, but hope to return one day
•       Travel – Can never do enough
•       History Buff – Books and places with historical significance

Addictions –  Doctor Who and my grandchildren.
